GROW
GOALS, RESOURCES, OPPORTUNITIES, WONDERS

About the project

G.R.O.W. – GOALS, RESOURCES, OPPORTUNITIES AND WONDERS

is an international project designed to enhance youth camps and strengthen non-formal education across Europe. Funded by the European Union’s Erasmus+ programme and coordinated by Roter Baum Berlin (Germany), the project was developed in close partnership with Curba de Cultura (Romania), Strauss APS (Italy), and Društvo Lojtra (Slovenia).

The GROW Toolkit, developed through extensive research and direct feedback from youth work professionals, provides practical methods and flexible strategies. It empowers camp leaders, volunteers, and youth workers to organize inclusive, safe, engaging, and enriching camp experiences.

PROJECT GOALS

The GROW Toolkit specifically aims to provide practical resources, accessible and adaptable tools to help youth workers confidently plan and conduct high-quality youth camps. Additionally, it enhances group management skills by equipping camp leaders and volunteers with techniques for effectively managing diverse groups, ensuring inclusivity, safety, and engagement. Finally, the toolkit supports the creation of meaningful activities, structured yet flexible to encourage learning, personal growth, and meaningful connections.
